Pacific | Spiral

Manchester United favourites Pacific release their new single 'Spiral', as industry heavyweights Apple Music and BBC Introducing line up to back the band's rise.

Encapsulating their signature anthemic sound with heartfelt lyricism with emotional delivery, 'Spiral' is bursting with pure grit and a 00's nostaglic indie rock vibe similar to that of The Killers and Keane. The release follows on from their 2021 singles, 'Puzzle' and 'Alibi' with an arena-sized sound which if effortlessly good and just as effortlessly catchy with a sing-along chorus. Featuring dramatic piano, steady beats and an intoxicating melody, the track is a stand out 3 and a half minute offering to add to the bands ear worm collection which offers something totally unique and bold in today's industry.

On ‘Spiral,’ they added:

“When we were writing this song, we wanted to capture how in life, days can unknowingly pass with all your time being spent working towards an end-game of someone else’s making. Importantly, we remember we have the ability to control our own futures and that’s what the song is about - overcoming that spiral that we can easily fall into.”

Pacific are quickly turning the heads of some of the biggest names in the business, and this release is no exception. The piano-infused rockers have continued their onslaught of music with yet another huge statement of intent. Few can lay claim to achieving so many accolades in such a small space of time, but in 2021 alone, Pacific have gained Apple Music’s backing, as well as from their hometown club Manchester United, who are using the band’s songs in online video content and stadium pre-match playlists as well as huge amounts of radio support.

Renowned for their explosive and euphoric live sets, Pacific are thrilled to be returning to stages this year too. Pacific play a UK tour in Autumn 2021, including Hit the North Festival and their biggest Manchester show in November. This follows three sell-out headline shows in the area before lockdown, winning the national vote to play Y Not Festival ‘19 from 1000’s of acts, and a flurry of main support slots to The Blinders, All Tvvins and Red Rum Club pre-lockdown.
